MD-1101A  is an extraction and filter unit which aims to remove smoke and dust made by soldering devices, laser markers, engraving devices and lab equipments. A smoke dust purifier works at the range of 1-2 working position. It can be used singly or multiple smoke dust purifiers can be used together. It is easy to install.

The control system of MD-110712  adopts PWM speed adjustment. According to the different volume of smoke and dust, it can continuously adjust the air volume precisely. Equipped with imported high-pressure and low-noise blower fan, it can absorb waste gas effectively and realize the life extension of filter element. The filtering system consists of a pre-filter and a main filter. Pre-filter can absorb bigger particles to avoid a block in the main filter. Main filter consists of HEPA high-effective filter elements and gas filter elements. HEPA high-effective filter can filter the particles of 0.3 micron up to 99.99%, gas filter can remove harmful gas from air flow effectively.

Power consumption of MD-1101A  smoke dust purifier is 135W. Purified waste gas meets with indoor effluent standard. It is helpful to improve air quality.
